2009 CGJA Annual meeting minutes

The annual CGJA meeting took place during the Senior Judges' Course on November 20, 2009.

John Scanlan handed out and summarized President's and Assigning Director's reports. Brian Richmond handed out and summarized the Treasurer's report.

This was the election year. Scanlan was re-elected as President and Assigning Director for the 2009-2011 term. Brian Richmond was re-elected Treasurer for the term. The position of Air Force Academy Liaison was created with Mike Brey holding the position for the term.

The meeting was adjourned.

Following the meeting, we held the Senior Judges' Course with Richmond, Scanlan, Don Jackson, and Bob Busse presenting the chnages and summarizing judging of the events.

The next annual meeting will take place in conjunction with the 2010 Judge's Cup.

2008 CGJA Annual meeting minutes

The annual CGJA meeting took place between the first and second sessions of the Judge's Cup.

This year's meeting was short. John Scanlan presented a short President's report and Brian Richmond presented the Treasurer's report.
The meeting was adjurned.

The next annual meeting will take place in conjunction with the 2009 Judge's Cup.

2007 CGJA Annual meeting minutes

The annual CGJA meeting took place before the Judge's Cup.

This was an election year. Following short President's and Treasurer's reports (were still doing well financially), we had several ballots:

1. The proposed Constition and Bylaws (drafted by Scanlan) were approved by acclamation
2. John Scanlan was re-elected as President by acclamation
3. Brian Richmond was re-elected, for the umpteenth time, as Treasurer by acclamation
4. John Scanlan was elected as assigning director by acclamation
5. Following a frank and long overdue discussion, the membership decided against creating a separate NCAA/National Assigning Director. Mike Brey was appointed as an assistant to the Assigning Director
